This tropical-themed rum bar, recently moved into its new home keeping much of it's laid back atmosphere of the original. With a purpose-built lounge area, separate from the main bar and some of the old furniture has been revived, alongside introducing a stand-alone booth. Perched on the windowsill, you will also find local herbs and chilli plants growing that will be used as everyday ingredients in both food and cocktail offerings. The extensive drinks and cocktail menu is by no means lacking, offering over 100 rums from around the world! The speciality is, of course, the Jungle Bird cocktail, which is designed to look like an actual jungle bird, with pineapple leaves sticking out of the glass. This is a great place to experience the essence of the Kuala Lumpur nightlife with locally based DJs on the weekend.

Nestled in a corner of Chinatown since 2019, this 2 story cocktail bar offers beer, wine and signature cocktails with plenty of entertainment should you wish to party! Concubine is steeped in history and filled with murals, inspired by women who played a pivotal role in the Chinese empire.
The food menu is filled with delights like Tare Chicken Skewers and Thai Smoked Duck with Watermelon Salad and You can also catch plenty of local live acts from DJs to bands!
Concubine is open 4pm onwards (Tuesday to Saturday) and 1pm onwards (Sunday).
HealyMac's Bangsar

Open since September 2019, the new kid on the Irish bar block has the homely feel of a real Irish pub, serving up great Guinness with a side serving of welcome.
